Die magnetischen Eigenschaften von FeCrCo-Permanentmagneten \u00e4hneln denen von Alnico 5-Permanentmagneten.<br>Das herausragendste Merkmal von FeCrCo-Magneten ist ihre hervorragende Bearbeitbarkeit. FeCrCo-Permanentmagnete lassen sich leicht zu kleinen, d\u00fcnnen und komplex geformten Teilen verarbeiten. B. Fe-25Cr-15Co).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diese werden in einem Vakuuminduktionsofen oder Lichtbogenofen bei 1.400\u20131.600 \u00b0C geschmolzen, um eine homogene Legierung zu bilden und Oxidation und Einschl\u00fcsse zu verhindern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aus Effizienzgr\u00fcnden wird die geschmolzene Legierung im Stranggussverfahren zu Barren, St\u00e4ben oder Streifen gegossen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieser Schritt gew\u00e4hrleistet ein einheitliches Ausgangsmaterial ohne Verunreinigungen, die die magnetische Leistung beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;<strong>L\u00f6sungsbehandlung (Homogenisierung)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Gusslegierung wird einer Hochtemperatur-L\u00f6sungsbehandlung unterzogen, um Phasen aufzul\u00f6sen und eine einphasige Struktur zu erzeugen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\u20132 Stunden lang in einer kontrollierten Atmosph\u00e4re (z. B. Argon) auf 900\u20131.200 \u00b0C erhitzt und dann schnell in Wasser oder \u00d6l abgeschreckt, um die Mikrostruktur zu \u201eeinfrieren\u201c.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dadurch wird die Legierung weich und dehnbar und wird so f\u00fcr die Verformung vorbereitet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Abschrecken ist entscheidend, um die spinodale Zersetzung zu erm\u00f6glichen, die sp\u00e4ter zur magnetischen H\u00e4rtung erfolgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.&nbsp;<strong>Verformung und Kaltverformung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Gegensatz zu spr\u00f6den Magneten zeichnet sich FeCrCo durch seine Verformbarkeit aus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die l\u00f6sungsgegl\u00fchte Legierung wird bei Raumtemperatur kaltgewalzt, gezogen oder in die endg\u00fcltige Form (z. B. Dr\u00e4hte, Bleche oder Sonderformen) gestanzt, wobei die Dicke um 50\u201390 % reduziert wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durch mechanische Verformung wird die Mikrostruktur ausgerichtet und Spannung erzeugt, wodurch die magnetischen Eigenschaften w\u00e4hrend der Alterung verbessert werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieser Schritt erm\u00f6glicht komplexe Geometrien ohne Nachbearbeitung, wodurch Abfall und Kosten reduziert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Alterung (magnetische H\u00e4rtung)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die verformte Legierung wird einer Alterung bei niedrigen Temperaturen unterzogen, um durch spinodale Zersetzung ihre permanentmagnetischen Eigenschaften zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mehrere Stunden (bis zu 24 Stunden) in einem Ofen auf 500\u2013700 \u00b0C erhitzt, anschlie\u00dfend kontrolliert abgek\u00fchlt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dadurch werden feine magnetische Phasen (z. B. Co-reiche und Fe-reiche Bereiche) abgeschieden, wodurch die Koerzitivfeldst\u00e4rke und Remanenz erh\u00f6ht werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Alterungsparameter werden auf bestimmte G\u00fcteklassen abgestimmt, um Festigkeit und Duktilit\u00e4t auszugleichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.&nbsp;<strong>Bearbeitung und Endbearbeitung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FeCrCo ist auch nach Alterung gut bearbeitbar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eine zus\u00e4tzliche Formgebung durch Stanzen, Bohren oder Biegen veredelt das Produkt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bei Bedarf werden Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlungen wie Polieren oder Plattieren (z. B.
