Esta r\u00e1pida solidificaci\u00f3n preserva la microestructura magn\u00e9tica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los polvos se tamizan y a veces se recubren para evitar la oxidaci\u00f3n, garantizando as\u00ed homog\u00e9neo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los aditivos como lubricantes o agentes de acoplamiento mejoran el flujo y la adhesi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este paso convierte rendimiento en 20-30%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado es una pieza \u201cverde\u201d que es s\u00f3lida pero no completamente endurecida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Curado y desaglomerado<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para fijar el aglutinante y eliminar cualquier componente vol\u00e1til:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los aglutinantes termoendurecibles se curan en hornos a 150-250 \u00b0C durante horas, reticulando el pol\u00edmero para lograr im\u00e1n a 5-7 g\/cm\u00b3 (frente a 7,5 g\/cm\u00b3 del sinterizado), creando un compuesto liviano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.&nbsp;<strong>Mecanizado y acabado<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los imanes adheridos son m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de mecanizar que los sinterizados debido a su contenido de pol\u00edmero:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
