has-text-align-center\"><strong>Proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n paso a paso de imanes de FeCrCo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">1.\u00a0<strong>Preparaci\u00f3n y fusi\u00f3n de materia prima<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los elementos de alta pureza (hierro (Fe), cromo (Cr), cobalto (Co) y aditivos) se pesan con precisi\u00f3n para lograr la composici\u00f3n deseada (por ejemplo, Fe-25Cr-15Co).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estos se funden en un horno de inducci\u00f3n al vac\u00edo o en un horno de arco el\u00e9ctrico a 1.400-1.600 \u00b0C para formar una aleaci\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea, evitando la oxidaci\u00f3n y las inclusiones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La aleaci\u00f3n fundida se vierte en lingotes, barras o tiras mediante colada continua para lograr mayor eficiencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este paso asegura un material de partida uniforme y libre de impurezas que puedan afectar el rendimiento magn\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;<strong>Tratamiento de soluci\u00f3n (homogeneizaci\u00f3n)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La aleaci\u00f3n fundida se somete a un tratamiento de soluci\u00f3n a alta temperatura para disolver las fases y crear una estructura monof\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se calienta a 900-1200 \u00b0C en una atm\u00f3sfera controlada (por ejemplo, arg\u00f3n) durante 1-2 horas y luego se enfr\u00eda r\u00e1pidamente en agua o aceite para \u201ccongelar\u201d la microestructura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esto prepara la aleaci\u00f3n para la deformaci\u00f3n haci\u00e9ndola blanda y d\u00factil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El enfriamiento es fundamental para permitir la descomposici\u00f3n espinodal que ocurre posteriormente para el endurecimiento magn\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.&nbsp;<strong>Deformaci\u00f3n y trabajo en fr\u00edo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A diferencia de los imanes fr\u00e1giles, la caracter\u00edstica destacada de FeCrCo es su deformabilidad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La aleaci\u00f3n tratada en soluci\u00f3n se lamina en fr\u00edo, se estira o se estampa en formas finales (por ejemplo, alambres, l\u00e1minas o formas personalizadas) a temperatura ambiente, lo que reduce el espesor en un 50-90%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La deformaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica alinea la magn\u00e9tico)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La aleaci\u00f3n deformada sufre un envejecimiento a baja temperatura para desarrollar sus propiedades magn\u00e9ticas permanentes a trav\u00e9s de la descomposici\u00f3n espinodal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se calienta a 500-700 \u00b0C durante varias horas (hasta 24 horas) en un horno, seguido de un enfriamiento controlado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esto precipita fases magn\u00e9ticas finas (por ejemplo, regiones ricas en Co y Fe), aumentando la coercitividad y la remanencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
