L&#039;aimant NdFeB li\u00e9 peut r\u00e9soudre certains probl\u00e8mes de pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle et de forme complexe, mais son magn\u00e9tisme est plus faible que celui des aimants NdFeB fritt\u00e9s. Les capteurs de l&#039;industrie automobile utilisent souvent des aimants en n\u00e9odyme li\u00e9s, notamment dans certaines applications, en raison des faibles propri\u00e9t\u00e9s magn\u00e9tiques des aimants Alnico, ou de probl\u00e8mes de fabrication li\u00e9s \u00e0 la forme et aux exigences multipolaires. Les aimants NdFeB sont alors utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 la place des aimants AlNiCo.<br>Dans d&#039;autres applications, le NdFeB li\u00e9 est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 dans de nombreux produits \u00e9lectroniques grand public et peut aider les concepteurs \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes de flexion magn\u00e9tique avec des formes et des fonctions complexes par rapport \u00e0 d&#039;autres mat\u00e9riaux magn\u00e9tiques tels que les aimants AlNiCo ou SmCo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-794e3cfa wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Processus de fabrication \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape des aimants NdFeB li\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">1.\u00a0<strong>Pr\u00e9paration des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et production de poudre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout commence avec des ingr\u00e9dients de haute puret\u00e9 : n\u00e9odyme (Nd), fer (Fe), bore (B) et des additifs mineurs comme le dysprosium (Dy) pour la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur ou le cobalt (Co) pour la stabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ceux-ci sont fondus dans un four \u00e0 induction sous vide \u00e0 1 400-1 500 \u00b0C pour former un lingot d&#039;alliage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le lingot est rapidement tremp\u00e9 (par exemple, par filage \u00e0 chaud) pour former des rubans ou des paillettes, qui sont ensuite broy\u00e9s en poudres fines (1 \u00e0 10 microns). Cette \u00ab\u00a0solidification rapide\u00a0\u00bb pr\u00e9serve la microstructure magn\u00e9tique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les poudres sont tamis\u00e9es et parfois enrob\u00e9es pour \u00e9viter l&#039;oxydation, garantissant ainsi des particules uniformes de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conseil de pro : la taille et la forme de la poudre ont un impact direct sur la densit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance de l&#039;aimant final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;<strong>M\u00e9lange avec liant<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La poudre de NdFeB (70-95% en volume) est m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 un liant polym\u00e8re (5-30%), tel que du thermoplastique (nylon) pour le moulage par injection ou du thermodurcissable (\u00e9poxy) pour la compression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le m\u00e9lange s&#039;effectue dans un m\u00e9langeur ou une extrudeuse \u00e0 haut cisaillement \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures contr\u00f4l\u00e9es (temp\u00e9rature ambiante \u00e0 200 \u00b0C) pour cr\u00e9er un compos\u00e9 homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les additifs tels que les lubrifiants ou les agents de couplage am\u00e9liorent l\u2019\u00e9coulement et l\u2019adh\u00e9rence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette \u00e9tape transforme le mat\u00e9riau magn\u00e9tique en une \u00ab mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re \u00bb moulable, similaire aux granul\u00e9s de plastique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.&nbsp;<strong>Moulage et fa\u00e7onnage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le compos\u00e9 est fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 dans la forme souhait\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide de techniques telles que :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Moulage par injection<\/strong>:Chauff\u00e9 et inject\u00e9 dans des moules sous pression (id\u00e9al pour les pi\u00e8ces complexes \u00e0 parois minces).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Moulage par compression<\/strong>:Press\u00e9 dans des matrices \u00e0 100-300 MPa et \u00e0 chaleur mod\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extrusion ou calandrage<\/strong>:Pour les formes continues comme les feuilles ou les tiges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour les aimants anisotropes, un champ magn\u00e9tique est appliqu\u00e9 pendant le moulage pour aligner les particules, augmentant ainsi les performances de 20-30%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9sultat est une pi\u00e8ce \u00ab verte \u00bb qui est solide mais pas compl\u00e8tement durcie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Durcissement et d\u00e9liantage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour fixer le liant et \u00e9liminer les substances volatiles\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les liants thermodurcissables sont durcis dans des fours \u00e0 150-250\u00b0C pendant des heures, r\u00e9ticulant le polym\u00e8re pour plus de r\u00e9sistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les versions thermoplastiques refroidissent naturellement ou sont recuites pour soulager les contraintes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si les liants contiennent des solvants, une \u00e9tape de d\u00e9liantage (extraction thermique ou par solvant) permet de les \u00e9liminer sans endommager la structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela densifie l&#039;aimant \u00e0 5-7 g\/cm\u00b3 (contre 7,5 g\/cm\u00b3 pour le fritt\u00e9), cr\u00e9ant un composite l\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.&nbsp;<strong>Usinage et finition<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les aimants li\u00e9s sont plus faciles \u00e0 usiner que les aimants fritt\u00e9s en raison de leur teneur en polym\u00e8re :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La coupe, le per\u00e7age ou le meulage affinent les formes avec des outils standards (aucun diamant n&#039;est n\u00e9cessaire).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des rev\u00eatements protecteurs (par exemple, du paryl\u00e8ne ou de la peinture) sont appliqu\u00e9s pour prot\u00e9ger contre la corrosion et l&#039;humidit\u00e9, car le NdFeB est sujet \u00e0 la rouille.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les tol\u00e9rances peuvent atteindre \u00b10,05 mm, ce qui les rend pr\u00e9cises pour les cha\u00eenes de montage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.&nbsp;<strong>Magn\u00e9tisation et tests de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e est magn\u00e9tis\u00e9e dans un magn\u00e9tiseur \u00e0 impulsions ou un \u00e9lectroaimant pour saturer les particules de NdFeB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les tests v\u00e9rifient les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s telles que la r\u00e9manence (Br), la coercivit\u00e9 (Hc) et le produit \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 l&#039;aide de vibrom\u00e8tres ou de testeurs de traction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les inspections des d\u00e9fauts, de la densit\u00e9 et de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du liant garantissent la
