fritt\u00e9s AlNiCo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.&nbsp;<strong>Pr\u00e9paration des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et production de poudre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 utilise des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de haute puret\u00e9, similaires \u00e0 l&#039;AlNiCo moul\u00e9\u00a0: fer (Fe), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), aluminium (Al) et des additifs comme le cuivre (Cu) ou le niobium (Nb). Ces mati\u00e8res sont fondues dans un four pour former un lingot d&#039;alliage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le lingot est ensuite atomis\u00e9 (pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9 au gaz ou \u00e0 l&#039;eau) ou broy\u00e9 m\u00e9caniquement en fines poudres (granulom\u00e9trie\u00a0: 1 \u00e0 10\u00a0microns). Cela permet d&#039;obtenir un m\u00e9lange de poudres uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les poudres sont tamis\u00e9es et m\u00e9lang\u00e9es pour assurer une distribution uniforme, souvent avec des liants ou des lubrifiants pour faciliter le compactage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fait amusant : la qualit\u00e9 de la poudre est essentielle : toute contamination peut affaiblir les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&#039;aimant final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;<strong>M\u00e9lange et compactage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les poudres sont soigneusement m\u00e9lang\u00e9es dans un m\u00e9langeur pour obtenir une composition d&#039;alliage homog\u00e8ne. Pour une meilleure fluidit\u00e9, une petite quantit\u00e9 de liant organique (comme de la paraffine) peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le m\u00e9lange est ensuite compact\u00e9 sous haute pression (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 500 \u00e0 1\u00a0000 MPa) \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;une presse hydraulique ou d&#039;une presse isostatique. On obtient ainsi un compact \u00ab\u00a0vert\u00a0\u00bb, une pr\u00e9forme fragile et fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e (par exemple, disques, cylindres ou formes personnalis\u00e9es).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La densit\u00e9 de compactage est essentielle : visez une densit\u00e9 th\u00e9orique de 60 \u00e0 70% pour permettre le frittage sans fissuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette \u00e9tape fa\u00e7onne l\u2019aimant sans le faire fondre, ce qui le rend id\u00e9al pour les g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.&nbsp;<strong>Frittage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le compact vert est chauff\u00e9 dans un four \u00e0 atmosph\u00e8re contr\u00f4l\u00e9e (souvent sous vide ou \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne) \u00e0 1\u00a0200-1\u00a0300 \u00b0C, soit en dessous du point de fusion de l&#039;alliage (environ 1\u00a0500 \u00b0C). Cela provoque la liaison des particules par diffusion, densifiant le mat\u00e9riau jusqu&#039;\u00e0 une densit\u00e9 de 95-99%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Temps de frittage : 1 \u00e0 4 heures, suivi d&#039;un refroidissement lent pour \u00e9viter le stress thermique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour l&#039;AlNiCo fritt\u00e9 anisotrope (moins courant), un champ magn\u00e9tique est appliqu\u00e9 pendant le frittage pour aligner les grains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9sultat\u00a0? Un aimant solide, sans porosit\u00e9, dot\u00e9 d&#039;une microstructure raffin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Traitement thermique et recuit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour optimiser les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s magn\u00e9tiques, la pi\u00e8ce fritt\u00e9e subit un traitement thermique :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Recuit de mise en solution<\/strong>:Chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 1 200 \u00b0C et maintenu pour dissoudre les phases uniform\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refroidissement et vieillissement contr\u00f4l\u00e9s<\/strong>:Tremp\u00e9 ou refroidi lentement, puis vieilli \u00e0 500-600\u00b0C pour former des pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9s magn\u00e9tiques (par exemple, phases Fe-Co).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#039;application d&#039;un champ magn\u00e9tique pendant le refroidissement am\u00e9liore la coercivit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9manence du magn\u00e9tisme directionnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela affine la structure cristalline, am\u00e9liorant les performances sans alt\u00e9rer la forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.&nbsp;<strong>Usinage et finition<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;AlNiCo fritt\u00e9 est plus dense et plus dur que gamme).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les surfaces sont polies et des rev\u00eatements protecteurs (par exemple, \u00e9poxy ou nickelage) sont appliqu\u00e9s pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la corrosion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette \u00e9tape garantit que l\u2019aimant s\u2019adapte parfaitement aux appareils tels que les capteurs ou les relais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.&nbsp;<strong>Magn\u00e9tisation et tests de qualit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pi\u00e8ce finie est
