The educational magnet is Cast Alnico Magnet, the process based on Cast Alnico magnet. The Cast Alnico magnet was firstly formed by the sand mold. The materials were heated to hot water and injected into the sand mold. When it is cold, break the sand mold to get the semi-finished magnet products. They will be rough machining by grinding, not just for the surface but the dimensional requirements. Then they will be heat treated, the heat treatment process is important for the magnetic properties. The educational magnet would be different from other magnets, the manufacturer will not test the magnet for detailed data like Br, Hc, or BHmax. but the surface magnetic flux. With a 100% test on the magnetic flux, the magnets will be painted.
