Description

This irregular shaped magnet uses LNG40 material with key dimensions Ø58.5 × 40.6 × 22.3 mm and a Ø11.95 mm center hole, featuring an R29.25 arc and slot structure. Supplied magnetized and fully ground (including the inner bore), it ensures excellent geometric accuracy and assembly consistency. Magnetic performance meets Br ≥12,500 (per drawing unit), Hc ≥600 Oe, and (BH)max ≥4.8 MGOe, making it suitable for systems requiring strong demagnetization resistance, dimensional stability, and tight tolerances. High-standard symmetry and slot machining support stable performance under high-speed, low-vibration conditions.
