ALNICO 5 permanent magnet, follows a controlled process of melting, finishing, heat treatment, precision grinding, and final inspection. The working pole faces are ground to ensure high flatness and surface quality, while perpendicularity is tightly controlled during grinding to improve assembly fit and magnetic circuit stability. Delivered in a magnetized state, it is well-suited for applications demanding excellent temperature stability, long-term magnetic stability, and tight dimensional tolerance—such as electroacoustic devices, instruments and meters, trigger/sensing components, magnetic chucks/fixtures, and education/research.
